Javi's Construction is a multi-trade construction contractor serving Greater Chicagoland, offering concrete, asphalt paving, parking lot work, line striping, waterproofing and epoxy floor coatings. We operate as a service-area business and do not maintain a public street address. The way to reach us is by phone or text on (213) 779-2889.

Everything on this website — service descriptions, process explanations, and answers to common questions — is published to help you understand the work we do. It is general information about construction trades, not professional advice about your specific property, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.

Nothing on this site forms a contract between us. A contract only exists once we have visited the site, provided you with a written estimate for your particular job, and you have accepted it in writing.

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is based on what we can observe at the time of our visit and on the scope of work described in it. Conditions that are not visible on a site visit — the state of a sub-base beneath an existing slab, buried utilities, unrecorded structural work, or soil conditions below the surface — can change what a job requires. Where that happens, we will tell you before doing additional work, and any change in price will be agreed with you first.

Estimates are valid for the period stated on them. Material prices in this industry move, and an estimate that has expired may need to be re-issued.

Requirements for contractor registration, permits and inspections differ across Greater Chicagoland — the City of Chicago, Cook County and individual suburbs each set their own. Which permits a job needs, and who is responsible for obtaining them, is confirmed in writing as part of the estimate for that job rather than on this website.

Javi's Construction is a new company. Until our own completed work has been photographed, the images used across this site are licensed stock photographs illustrating the trades we offer. They are not photographs of projects completed by Javi's Construction, and we do not present them as such. This is stated again on the portfolio page, where the gallery appears.

The Javi's Construction name, logo, and the text and layout of this site belong to Javi's Construction or its licensors. You are welcome to view, print and share pages for your own personal or internal business use. Republishing our copy, or using our name or logo in a way that suggests an association or endorsement that does not exist, is not permitted.

Photographs on this site are used under license from their respective photographers and stock providers. That license covers our use of them here; it does not transfer to you.

The contact and home pages embed a map provided by Google in order to show the area we serve. That embed is operated by Google and governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy, not ours. Where we link out to any other website, we do not control its content and are not responsible for it.

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Service descriptions may be updated as what we offer changes. Where something on this page conflicts with a written estimate or contract we have given you, the written estimate or contract takes precedence.

To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, Javi's Construction is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under a signed contract for work we have carried out.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date shown above it, is the version that applies. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the courts of that state.
