When you send us an estimate request. The form on this site asks for your name, phone number and email address, the service you need, your property type, your town or neighborhood, how soon you need the work done, and a description of the job. Only the name, phone, email, service and description are required — the rest help us quote accurately and you can leave them out.

When you call or text. We will have your phone number, along with whatever you tell us about the job.

Standard server records. Like any website, the hosting infrastructure that serves these pages records routine technical information such as IP addresses and requested URLs for security and reliability purposes.

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics profiling on this site, and the site itself does not set marketing cookies.

To reply to you, to arrange and carry out a site visit, to prepare and send you an estimate, and to deliver and support any work you go on to book. That is the whole list. We do not add you to a marketing list off the back of an estimate request.

Estimate requests submitted through this website are transmitted to a third-party service that receives and stores enquiries on our behalf so that they reach us reliably. That provider processes the information only to deliver it to us and does not use it for its own purposes.

Beyond that, we share your information only where it is genuinely necessary to do the work — for example with a supplier arranging a delivery to your address, or with a municipality as part of a permit application — or where we are required to by law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not trade, rent or otherwise make it available to anyone for marketing purposes.

Our home and contact pages include a map from Google showing the Greater Chicagoland area we cover. When that map loads, Google may receive information about your visit, including your IP address, and may set its own cookies. That processing is governed by Google's privacy policy rather than this one. The map is loaded lazily, so it is only requested if you scroll to it, and everything the map shows is also written out in plain text on the page beside it.

Estimate requests and job records are kept for as long as we need them to quote, deliver and stand behind the work, and to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations. Where an enquiry does not turn into a job, we keep it only for as long as it is useful to have context if you get back in touch.

This site is served over HTTPS, and information submitted through the estimate form is transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold to what we actually need, which is the most effective protection there is.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call or text (213) 779-2889 and tell us what you would like done. If you would rather not submit anything through the website at all, calling or texting works just as well — the form is a convenience, not a requirement.

This site is intended for adults arranging construction work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published here with a new date above. Material changes to how we handle estimate requests will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
